Office Hours

have been changed to the following:

8:30 am to 4:30 pm – Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday

12:00 pm to 8:00 pm - Tuesdays

The office will be closed daily from 11:15 pm to 12:00 pm for lunch

All Request for Criminal Check forms must now be signed by a representative of the FSMSA before you take them to the police station.

Signed forms are available at the FSMSA Office, 10030-99 Avenue, (the Old CN Train Station)
